1. How long do I have access to my course?

You will have 12 months of access from the date of enrolment. A free 3-month extension may be requested once. Beyond this, only serious exceptional cases will be considered.

2. Can I defer my studies?

Yes, you may request one deferral of up to 6 months in writing. However, if you have already used the 3-month extension, you cannot defer. No further deferrals are permitted after this.

3. What happens if I fail an assignment?

You can resubmit as many times as needed within your access period, free of charge. Tutor feedback will be provided. If no progress is shown, you will be given one final chance before the course may be terminated.

No. Once you have received your login details, fees are non-refundable.

5. Who awards my qualification?

Accepted Answer

Your certificate will be issued by London School of Executive Education (LSEE) and accredited through Qualifi (an Ofqual-regulated awarding body in the UK).

6. What equipment do I need?

You’ll need a desktop, laptop, or tablet, a reliable internet connection, an up-to-date web browser, and software to open PDF and Word files. Mobile phones alone are not sufficient.

7. How do I make a complaint or appeal?

Service complaints: email info@londonsee.co.uk within 30 days of the issue.
Academic appeals: email students@londonsee.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your result.
All appeals will be reviewed by an independent assessor. The final decision rests with LSEE.
